German distilleries

[Mark Salter]

There's a beautiful distillery in the Black Forest area called Scheibel,
but I'm not sure they have public tours. I believe Martina Scheibel is
the contact. They make great eaux de vie.

My family will be visiting Germany in November.  Does anyone have a list
of German distilleries (both whisky and other spirits) worth touring?
 
If anyone wants to meet a bunch of touring, malt drinking Canadians,
