Anyone Know a Good Resource for Basic "Scotch 101" type seminars in TEXAS (USA)?

  A retailer friend of mine is looking for someone to do a "Scotch 101" seminar for about a dozen people in the Dallas, Texas area sometime in September (date would be flexible).  It's paid gig.  Anyone have the time and inclination, or know someone who would?
