The worlds first internet tv channel devoted solely to single malt scotch

Does anyone knows how I am supposed to be able to view it? I saw the  
trailer and was intrigued, but I can find no other information on the  
website then "in production". Does anyone has more information about  
the series? It supposed to launch on August 31 and we are well past  
that date.
