Rather than trying to get someone else to mention who it is you are talking about and hence meaning that although you broke the news you don't offend anyone -please tell us who you mean? or at least give bigger hints.
 
Off top of my head I can't think of anyone?  Who is there Macleods - I doubt it? Although imagine they over paid for Glengoyne - Signatory no chance? Gordon and Macphail - nope, Bladnoch? maybe but doubt that project was ever about making huge amounts of money? Glenfarclas - chances of it being them are slimmer than me winning the lottery without buying a ticket.
 
so please stop teasing and tell us?

indepent distilleries is - or is close - to bankruptcy.
