custom declaration

I've been sent quite a number of whisky bottles from the US over the
years, and the custom declaration form has claimed the package contains
things like 'olive oil', 'grape juice', 'cologne', etc. But the latest
one which arrived today is the first one which really does not make any
false claims whatsoever. The form claims the package contains an 'Art
Work'!
