Custom declaration

Quite stupid, actually, as lava lamps are considered dangerous due to the
contents used for the effect.  Some of the liquids are flammable.  If you're
going to lie, choose another one.

I wish we didn't have to do this.  Why there must be such restrictions is
beyond me.  It's not like we're shipping to minors, or shipping huge
quantities which would bankrupt the tax coffers of even small companies.
For us here in Canada the safest thing to do is "don't ship at all" but
that's no fun.
