My thoughts exactly, Rob...you hit the nail on the head!
Good whisky does not need finishing!!!
I do think experienced tasters¹ will always revert to the original taste...
Even on whisky the saying: If it ain¹t broke, don¹t fix it¹ applies!
So ³enhancement...²? Bollocks!!!
It¹s Just a change in scenery, and one that makes you realise damned well
how good you had it before!!!!
