Betreff: 40% Rule
Hi Folks,
I can't get at my books for a while (due to a move) can anyone tell me where
it states that whisky must be 40%. Is this a UK rule? Does it only apply to
whisky being called 'Scotch Whisky'?
Many thanks,
David Stirk
