Many wise thoughts-I too have Diabetes II and its has taken me a few years
to gradually 1. reduce whisky intake -all the beautiful malts are sitting
in a closet 2. reduce weight- lately is has been easier Why? Canada has
really started to insist on manufacturers (read producers) to have labels
which indicate a host of items but the best is the number of calories per
serving. Now you can tell what your intake is and depending on your
activity ...you can regulate how much to eat/drink.
this is signifcant as my Dr is very pleased and I am too.lastly 3.
started a new hobby-beekeeping;which took my thoughts to making Mead-honey
wine.An excellent product and only 9-12% alcohol and its good for you too?
regards
john
