Some advice?

My local retailer has a decent, if small, selection of standard malts and a
small collection of Duncan Taylor bottlings.  At over $100 US a bottle, I am
quite reluctant to spring for one of these without some experienced advice.
Sorry, I didn't write down the distilled/bottling dates.  I was getting some
strange looks while taking notes.  Does anyone have any tasting experience
with any of these?
