Half a cheer for Loch Dhu

I just don't get it! Are we living in a rational world, or not? Where did my education go wrong?

Friends just back from old Scotia tell me that Loch Dhu is selling in the up-market whisky shops in Glasgow and Edinburgh at prices from 250 to 280 Sterling.
I think they call it cognitive dissonance.
