Half a cheer for Loch Dhu

I feel the same way about Loch Dhu.  I tried it early in my malt  tasting 
years and recall vividly that it was the only malt I involuntarily spat  out of 
my mouth!  I'm pretty sure that my spinal cord rejected it before my  brain 
realized what it was.
 
And yet I have seen people in specialty liquor stores asking for it like it  
was the holy grail.  It's nice that whatever malt there is out there,  someone 
will buy it....
