whiskyauction.com is worth checking out for miniatures, although it is
an auction site, so you may be lucky or unlucky in your bidding. I've
dealt with them lots of times and, from my experience, they're
completely trustworthy in terms of sending you the bottles you've won
quickly and reliably.
