Bladnoch Forum

Greetings all.
Last week in Skipton I saw a bottle of Por Tellen (OK, I know that its not nice to make comments about people's accents, specially when you've got one like mine!) - anyway, on with the story:
It was cask strength, at only 86 Pounds (including VAT) and had a very minimalist label on it. Bottled by "Bladnoch Forum".
Can anyone enlighten me who this "Bladnoch Forum" is, and are there comments on the bottling. Worth chasing after?
