Hi Frank

I agree with the proposal on using googlegroups. Don't know how easy it 
would be to move the archive, or if it's possible at all.

Can you tell me how much space the archive takes? I would probably have 
space enough to host it as a subdomain on my own site, i.e. 
malts-l.whiskyportal.com or something similar, if need be. Just let me know.

I have sad news for you. After about 11 and a half year this mailing
list has to move to a new home. The university is now enforcing some
old policy, with the result that the list can't be hosted on our list
servers much longer :-(

If anybody has an idea for a new home or has the option to host the
list, please let me know. I'll try to keep the list archive alive and
online, but even that might not be possible.

So, I'm asking for your comments.
