[MM-MALTS-L] Request for a solid tasty Whisky cake recipe

Hi Charlie,
Whisky With Dinner often pops up on Amazon.  I've done a review of the book
for Maltmaniacs, so had called the publisher for more details.  In fact it
is out of print but still readily available from Chapters (Canada's book
mega-chain - they have all your in print material as well).  I tried calling
Bernard Poirier directly at the number the publisher gave me, but found his
number had changed.  I managed to lose my first copy but got the revised one
only a few months ago, via Amazon, from a shop in Florida.  I was hoping to
do a piece on whisky cookbooks but this seems to be the only one of any note
out there.
