[MM-MALTS-L] Request for a solid tasty Whisky cake recipe

Hi Charlie,
I am deep in the heart of Africa sweating it out by day and drinking
sundowners by night, but my wife tells me there is no room for any more snow
in our driveway.  A long winter is expected.

Interestingly, there is a decent selection of malts on the bar here, the
most expensive of which is an Edradour for about $10.00.  Can't see which
one and didn't ask.  Laphroaig 10 is about $6.00.
