Well, it wouldn't be the first time Thais have been accused of intellectual
property issues.but while "Red Bull" may be registered internationally.I
believe one still has to claim "first use" in each country to enforce that
trademark.

 

Of course, I'm not a lawyer.and I could well be wrong.
