looks like an eau-de-vie still. Typical small bowl and a rectifier column
with seven plates.

Should result in a spicy but also fruity Rye.

    In Gardiner, New York - that's in Orange County at the base of the
Shawangunk Mountains.

    Just down the road from Montgomery (think Orange County Choppers). 75
miles or so NNW of Yankee Stadium...



    I haven't been there (yet)...
