The SMWS is a corporate entity! It was bought by Glenmorangie PLC a few
years ago and is now part of the world lagerst luxury group LVMH.

The SMWS has always been a corporate independent bottler for me. The only
difference was a board of corporate share holders instead of a family. I
never learnt how far profits were reinvested or given to the shareholders.

Which members? The premium shareholder members or the yearly paying members?
