[MM-MALTS-L] The very first Port Charlotte?

I have acquired a bottle of Port Charlotte, 3 yo, 67.3%, distilled 18 July 2001, bottled September 2004, cask no. 286, 336 bottles. "heavily peated Single Islay Scotch Malt Whisky distilled at Bruichladdich Distillery, Isle of Islay"", "matured in a refill-sherry hogshead", "bottled in Scotland, Napier Street, Linwood."

The label features a stormy sky with dark clouds.

Can anyone provide additional onfo on this bottling?
