Have the picnic on the rocks between the Ardbeg warehouse and the sea. It's
a lovely place to sip a dram and Ardbeg does go very nicely with oysters.

2008/4/12, Martine Nouet <martine.nouet at club-internet.fr>:

My recommendation weather permitting, take some whisky, buy bread and
butter, go to the oyster farm in Gruinart, buy a dozen of oysters, carry on
along the road until you get to teh end of teh road. You have miles of fine
sand beach, a view on the ocean and the best ever meal you can dream of !

Right from the farm! Hadn't thought of that but now think a loaf of bread,
two dozen Loch Gruinart oysters and a bottle of Airigh Nam Beist sounds
heavenly. Will endeavor to do so next time. Thanks so much for the tip,
Martine.
