Yamazaki 12yo is my favourite.
Suntory says It's floral, noble, mild, and deep.
And It continues long and deep aftertaste, in their Japanese webpage.
I also find fresh bamboo, soy powder, fresh Cryptomeria japonica leaves, fresh
summer mist in woods (not leaf mould) in it.
Sometime, We can see it at Japanese IZAKAYA restaurant bar.
Yamazaki 12yo & Japanese soft water is OK for me when I eat Japanese food.
