By the way, in case people have missed it: Scotland very quietly got a
new malt distillery some months ago: Ailsa Bay has commenced distilling,
but its owners (Wm Grant) haven't made a song and dance about it at all,
probably because the output is meant for blending only (AFAIK).

A woman in liquor production
Owns a still of exquisite construction.
The alcohol boils
Through magnetic coils.
She says that it's "proof by induction."

Well. Just to show that we are alive and clicking.
