Hi Lex
I'd agree with you on that. Nothing's certain, especially in these economic
times. But at the same time, I think with unemployment figures increasing in
Ireland, it would be hard to object to such a project when it's put before
the planners. Although it is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. I
think it's in a converted mill or dairy.
There's still probably thousands of things that can go wrong, though. The
Porterhouse kept their plans very quiet for a long time before saying
anything.
