[MM-MALTS-L] RE: Change in maturation

Joe,
It would be no different, but a cask the loses more to the angels may mature
in a different manner to one that loses less.

One difference would be, presumably, that the abv in the cask that has one
third drawn will be the same, while one that loses volume naturally will
have a different abv when the fill gets to a similar level.
