Hi,

Funny, this is almost the same thing that Ikea do to avoid paying tax.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IKEA#Corporate_structure

The Ingka Foundation (which runs indirectly both franchising operations
and the running of Ikea stores) is the wealthiest non-profit
organisation in the world, bigger the Bill& Melinda Gates foundation,
with a net worth of $36 billion.

In 2005, the Ikea Foundation gave about $2m in dinations, while the
Gates Foundation in the same year spent about $1.5bn.

Time for me to get back down off my high horse :)

Cheers,
Dave.

Despite average profits of £2bn a year, it paid an average of £43m a year in UK tax - little more than 2% of its overall profits.
