[MM-MALTS-L] Identity of Smokehead 18yo Extra Black

Seemed a lot more turfy to me than most Caol Ilas I've tried. Some Kildalton influence in there too, like an Ardbeg without the creosote or a Laphroaig without the iodine. CI is a kind of a "run home to momma" since they are so ubiquitous in the indie market. Whatever it is, I really like it. 

What do you all think of the inaugural Kilchoman? This is a very decent 3yo whisky with lots of promise, IMO.
